No Provider-Patient Relationship

No provider-patient relationship exists between MEDOMENT and any patient. Relationships exist only between patients and their treating providers.

Provider Responsibilities

Healthcare providers are solely responsible for:

• All clinical decisions and diagnoses
• Treatment plans and prescriptions
• Meeting standards of care
• Maintaining proper licensure
• Complying with medical practice laws

Platform information, alerts, and suggestions are informational only. Must be evaluated by licensed provider before any clinical action.

Telemedicine Limitations

• Some conditions require in-person examination
• Technology failures may occur
• Not all situations assessable remotely
